Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via internet download, we generally enforce a strict refund policy. Please review our guidelines below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Digital Downloads Policy
Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content (including comic issues, episodes, graphics, and bundles), all sales are final.

Once a file download link has been generated or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, return, or exchange.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned to our inventory, which is why we do not offer a trial period or change-of-mind refunds.
2. Exceptions (When We Do Refund)
We want to ensure you have a flawless reading experience. We will honor a refund or replacement request under the following specific circumstances within 7 days of purchase:

Technical Corruption: If the downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, or missing pages, and our technical support team cannot provide a fixed, working file within 48 hours.

Incorrect File Delivery: If the system accidentally delivers a completely different comic title or episode than the one displayed on your receipt.

Double Purchase: If you accidentally click purchase twice and buy the exact same comic episode or bundle within a 24-hour window, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.
3. Issues Not Eligible for Refunds
We cannot grant refunds for reasons outside of our system's control, including but not limited to:

You no longer want or need the comic after downloading it.

Your device does not support the file format (e.g., trying to open a
.cbzfile without a proper comic reader appβthough our team will gladly guide you on how to open it!). -
You found the comic cheaper or free elsewhere.

Dislike of the comic's storyline, art style, or content.
4. How to Request Assistance
If you experience a genuine technical issue with your download, we are here to help fix it:

Provide a brief description or a screenshot of the technical error you are facing.
Our team will review your request within 24β48 hours to either repair the file delivery or process an approved refund directly back to your original payment method.
